VINNY.

Terms of Service

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 2026

What Vinny Is

Vinny is a fraud and identity verification service. We confirm that an asset physically exists, is located where represented, and that the presenting seller's identity matches the applicable ownership documents. Vinny is not a mechanical inspection service, an appraisal service, an escrow service, or a guarantee of any kind.

What "No Issues Found" Means

A "No Issues Found" result means the checklist items applicable to your order were completed and no issues were identified during that process. It does not mean the asset is free of defects, that the seller is acting in good faith, or that the transaction is safe to complete. It is information intended to assist your own decision-making — not a certification or guarantee.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the final decision to proceed with any purchase
  • You are responsible for independently verifying vehicle history, title status, and any other due diligence outside the scope of Vinny's checklist
  • You must provide accurate information about the seller and asset when placing an order

Refunds

If a verification cannot be completed due to seller non-cooperation after two documented outreach attempts, a partial refund will be issued. Completed verifications are non-refundable regardless of the result reported.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinny's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order. Vinny is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to losses arising from a completed purchase.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vinny after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
